About the BCDA & the Inter-Local Agreement

The Boone County Development Agency was formed under an inter-local agreement in 2000.  Two representatives from each of the government entities of Boone County sit on the Executive Committee.

Each Entity provides one vote in the decision making process.  The two County Commissioners who represent Boone County on the Committee each have a vote.  The major work of the Agency is in the hands of Committee.  The Committee reports to the Board of Representatives at the Annual Meeting.
